An engagement picture

Number Two wrote a note to the kids and we read it to them last night, so it makes it official. The girls went to bed saying, "Wow, we have an engaged sister!" She attached this nice recent photo of the newly engaged couple. Seems like we are going back about 35 years with the seventies look and the flowers! :-)

To our dearest daughter and her fiancée, we wish a life of happiness and peace, and the rewards that a life of work and commitment brings! May God bless you both!

Thanks for the post!
Visiting you again will be a real pleasure.
We'll try to come soon but maybe only Claudia will make it.
Seeing you all is at the moment one of the priorities in our list.
I hope everything is ok there for you.
Many kisses from Morocco!
Caco.

Congratulations to the future bride! I hope Mom is doing well, too! :) It must be so beautiful there... Is it hard to practice Catholicism in Morocco? God bless you and your family!

Gus, I understand it-- and I remember well feeling like that when my older siblings became engaged or were married. The way to look at it is-- you are gaining a new brother sand our family is only growing! I love you!

Blessings to you! and Congratulations! We had been wondering if there would be an announcement sometime soon. The wedding of the oldest daughter is a remarkable event for every family and has been lauded throughout the centuries. We pray that yours combines all the best traditions and makes the happiest memories.
Warmly,
Candise & Crew
