Things are coming along. The beds of lettuce, spinach, leeks and arugula are looking good. The arugula will be ready for Number One shortly after his arrival home.
Yesterday Number Four planted the potatoes from seeds that were started inside, and Number Six helped me plant the Brussels Sprouts that were also started inside, and many more onions. Numbers Four, Six and Seven spread straw on squash/pumpkin field by silo. The chickens had a blast.
This is wonderful! I enjoy gardening along with you. Wish I had your energy!
ReplyDeleteAwesome pictures! Ana, you are not only a good gardener, but an inspiring gardener. :)
ReplyDeleteAah... ask my sore body, covered in dirt... and wondering why exactly we do this every year? ;-)
ReplyDeleteThanks, guys!
I would always be more than happy to help you consume the fruits of your labors, with much verbal and gastonomic admiration...Anything for a friend.
