We saw literally hundreds of armadillos by the road in Oklahoma and Kansas, and I knew from our numerous road trips between Nebraska and Texas for over 15 years that this is a recent phenomenon. Sure enough, upon seaching on the web I found out that armadillos are indeed expanding and moving north.Find out more about these most curious creatures here and here.
