Pro Life week
One thing I missed being off Facebook last year was to witness for the sacredness of life. So fun to see the scores of loving pro-life posts! So many great memories of the countless times we stood for life in our local communities, and the different stories of three daughters who have marched in DC!

Movie “Unplanned “
Husband, Number Seven and I went to watch this yesterday afternoon. It was difficult to watch and I had to close my eyes several times, and try not to shed too many tears. It is the true story of a former abortion clinic director, told in a straightforward, sincere and honest way. I liked many things about the film. I’ve seen conversations in different social media groups with questions about taking teens to see it, and my opinion is that parents may naturally know if watching the film would be recommenced for their child. I believe the film can bring much good and I hope that people who can learn from the story will have an open mind to go see it, or read the book that tells the story. The film could have used higher production level and better acting, but I expected it, and neither detracted from its very good, if painful, purpose.
Number Seven said now that she is 18, google sends her adult ads including PParenthood, and that she wanted to see it. We didn’t hesitate. It’s heartbreaking though. What has our society come to!

Pro-Life
So many are adding pro-life pictures and photos on social media--some excellent ones! A friend and fellow Marines Mom gave me permission to post these made by her second grader. For kids, things aren't confusing. Number Six posted a nice one too. With the radical abortion measures passing in NYC, there are so many speaking out for the dignity of life.

March for Life
Number Seven was almost able to go, maybe next year at college. Our friends’ oldest kids sent this image, and we enjoyed watching the live coverage on TV. May God have mercy on us.

March for Life
Number Six and I went to morning Mass and later were able to see some of the coverage on TV. I do believe the pro-life momentum is unstoppable now.

CCD Guest speaker
Yesterday, as I taught the fifth commandment, we spoke of the upcoming March For Life and I invited Number Six to tell them about her experience last year--they were fascinated and loved her talk! We then went into the church, lit a candle and prayed a Hail Mary for all those at the March for Life!

Facebook Posts about Number Six being stranded on the Turnpike
As many of you know, it is very hard to search for past posts on Facebook. I collect these here because we want these memories to stay with us. I felt that through the entire thing our daughter was surrounded by prayers and love! Thank you to all of the friends who prayed with us. What an unforgettable experience!
