The Queen of Our Home

When I first met Husband, way back when in graduate school, I was so excited when I discovered his birthday was May 13th. I remember his blank stare. Well, now you wouldn't be able to tell there was one day in the past when he wasn't proud to share his birthday with such a relevant Catholic feast day.

Today it is Mothers' Day, and the Church celebrates 90 years since the first apparition at Fatima, Portugal. (She spoke Portuguese! I could have understood her!)

And it is my dear Husband's birthday.

And the First Mass of our dear friends' newly ordained son. I will post pictures of his First Mass tomorrow. To all Mothers, God bless you.
