"I do not read magazines online", Husband exclaimed as I read aloud to him Brian Saint-Paul's editorial.
We are mourning. We subscribe to Crisis since it had the old plain cover.... I cannot imagine our coffee table without the latest issue in its usual prominent spot.
And yet, we are happy it is not completely disappearing. We wish Crisis good fortune!

I'm guessing from your post that Crisis is going online only? You didn't really say that or link to any site that said it.
Yes, yes. I guess i blog to half-intelligent readers who can make deductions easily. :-)
Crisis doesn't have the current issue on their site yet, and I am sure it will mention something...
I am sure you are mourning with me, dear Number One.
Ana, when I got my copy on Monday, I was so excited: articles by Joanna Bogle AND Alice von Hildebrandt! I was thinking I need to remember to renew my subscription for this year soon! Then I read the editor's letter as you did. Deflated! But at least now I'll never have to decide whether or not I can really sqeeze that $30 or so for the subscription out of my budget. I wonder if Touchstone will be next?
