Performing Candle in Umbria

Last Friday in Nebraska, our family attended a performance of Sr. Mary Frances' beautifully written and powerful play Candle in Umbria.

Four homeschool families put it together, proving what amazing things can be acomplished when we work together for His love. The young actors and actresses were simply delightful!

Mother Mary Frances, the author of The Right to be Merry, was an intelligent, poetic and talented writer and this came through so vividly in the performance. Thank you for inviting us to the performance, and now I am more attracted than ever to the idea of attempting to put together a performance of one of her plays here!
