Nominated!

I was astounded to find out this morning that I have been nominated for best artistic content blog at Homeschool Blog Awards.

Which brings me to post some thoughts about you, my readers. Every once in a while, at co-op, or in Nebraska, or as recently in Texas, someone comes to me to tell me how much they enjoy my blog. I am always both surprised and pleased to hear that! In a way my blogging is intimate and personal, as it is invariably an activity done during quiet time. It is also an artistic outlet for me and in this way it has been helpful and cathartic many times during chaotic family times or long winter spells.

In any event, here is a warm and sincere Thank You to all of you who visit here from time to time. May you always feel welcome, and may this blog be always a path towards goodness and excellence, hopefully helping readers and blogger alike in our path towards Our Lord!

Your blog is the EIDOS, the pure form and rightful mother of all Catholic Homeschooling Blogs in the world.

Thanks to all of you!
Suzanne, your words this morning made my day. God knows I could use any encouragement with the advent of winter weather! Alice, you are too kind, and Brian, I had to ask Husband to elaborate on your Greek. He was happy to comply, of course. And oh, nice use of the hyperbole there.
