Husband's Award Winning Recipe

You'd think after 22 years of daily cooking I'd have something to show for it. But, oh no, the one with the cooking award in this house is Husband. He was in Seventh grade when he won a prize for this recipe.

He made it again last night: it is the second time in his life he re-makes it. The last one was before we were married.

Mind you, he needed some help to fix it: after helping him find the exact location of the kitchen, pots and wooden spoons, I also grabbed for him the cookbook of said recipe. He had no idea where cookbooks were.

And yet, it was phenomenal. I will definitely lead him into the kitchen more often!

Oh dear! I much prefer *your* delicious cooking. I hope your dear readers can tell that the first pot shot is pale cubes of cooked chicken that have been spiced with an excess of Picasa and not yams!

Well, sorry to say, but you are now responsible for at least a weekly dinner... it's the least an award-winner chef can do for his family!

How very sweet! Is there any chance you will share the recipe? I can't make out the numbers... Now, D. Ana, I am still waiting for the Brazilian recipes I asked for a year or two ago! :)
