There is a very important reason Number Seven works on her math by the sunny front door: the occasional new pet may be knocking! As it is the case today. I have not allowed the naming of this new stray kitten yet, lest owners come by searching for it, even if this is a very slim chance. In any event I can happily report the new kitten is happily eating and drinking by now on the kitchen porch.
