The kids have been writing Haikus for Mrs. K.'s Poetry Class...

Yesterday's Birthday Girl, and future writer as she has recently announced, wrote these:

Mirror

I see me

in the water while

I stand here.

Burden

My pack is heavy,

The Lord's load is heavier;

I should not complain.

Thought

Many minutes spent

Thinking. Swinging and swaying,

thoughts race by the lots.
