Day 4: 5 lbs!

Husband already lost 5 lbs, and I 4.5 lbs: we are truly enjoying protein shakes once or twice a day, and delicious garden produce in various forms! We started this past Sunday on a joint effort to be healthier: cross your fingers for us!

Pictured is yesterday's lunch: since our third lettuce bed is still 2 inches high, we have been eating arugula and basil greens, with olive oil drizzled on top of a handful of crumbled Azure feta and walnuts.
