A simple, yummy banana cake

We often have over ripe bananas, and if you do too, try this cake! I mashed about five bananas and squeezed half a lime into the mix, added sugar, a little canola oil, vanilla, and 3 eggs. Then I added the flour/baking powder mix and wow, was it ever so good! (I don't deal with exact measures, but it was like mixing a pancake batter...)

Looks delicious - but I'm not brave enough...more specifics? "the flour/baking powder mixture" phrase is enough for me to say "oh no," when I'd love to say "oh yes," and give it a try.

Baking powder would be about 2 tsps... and add flour until it feels like a cake batter. I am awful with exact quantities, but you can't go wrong!
