Special foods
Number Six has learned to sprout her own sandwich-mix seeds.... easy and yummy.
Number Seven has requested that she drinks only raw milk from the farm. It is her favorite milk, and since she has many of her older sister's allergy symptoms, we are hoping this will curb her tendency towards developing an allergy to dairy later in life.

Yea to both items! Where do you get your sprouting seeds, Ana? How about the milk? Fun! God bless, Liz
Click here to be directed to my other blog, where I am publishing, in order, the Braga Family photo albums made by my mother, Lucia Braga. May she rest in God's eternal and blissful peace.

We get the sprouts from our natural foods coop: http://www.coopnaturalfoods.com/
... and the milk from a natural farmer near here! he delivers!
Wow, delivered?!! That's wonderful! Sprouts are so nice in the winter. Now, I wish I had some raw milk to make some yummy yogurt out of! :o)Liz
Liz, there must be a farmer there selling it.
