Garden Update
I took the camera, fresh from Hungary and Romania, to the garden last night. The arugula and lettuce this year have been wonderful, and everything so far is growing well!
From bottom left, clockwise: potatoes, lettuce, onions, broccoli, arugula, zucchini, a helpful scarecrow, and... a sweet, red strawberry found by goddaughter MM!

Beautiful pics!! What are the cage like things in the picture with the scarecrow?
Those greenhouse-like boxes made of old windows, the peppers love them.
Beautiful goddaughter. Is that a St. Francis scarecrow? Looks like he is blessing the garden.
Saint Francis or not, the scarecrow has been a huge blessing as it faithfully kept the birds away from our onions!
