It is my second attempt. I have been craving for Baklava all this holy season and finally enjoyed some last night! So glad I took the photo when I did: strangely, after hearing from my darling children how they did not like this exotic, queen of all desserts, I returned to the kitchen not long after said photo was taken to find... one quarter of the pan left intact. Kids.Recipe? I used this one.

I think the three kings had this in their sack but consumed it along the way. To much of a temptation. Enjoy it with some of your great coffee.
