Orvalho
The beauty of my native Portuguese word for dewfall came to mind as I couldn't resist the beauty of my kitchen porch rosebushes earlier this morning. Interestingly, for the impromptu photo session I interrupted my work on an article on Beauty in the homeschool life.

I love your post about Brazil and Portuguese. My husband is Brazilian and I feel like I'm getting an extra dose of my children's heritage especially the Catholic aspects since my husband's family isn't and we are. Thank you!
Click here to be directed to my other blog, where I am publishing, in order, the Braga Family photo albums made by my mother, Lucia Braga. May she rest in God's eternal and blissful peace.
