Rain!

Husband and I have a very precise and accurate rain gauging method: the inspection of puddles on the driveway. We cannot remember the last time we woke up to a wet world, and... puddles on the driveway! The rain fell last night as a cold system moved in and we sat on the front porch a long while enjoying its sights and smell. Amazing to realize how much we had missed it. If we move away from here we will most definitely miss the experiencing of weather patterns in the country.
