I received some of these a while back and use them everyday in the kitchen! They rarely "clip" chips as we dont really have them around, but they clip bags of just about everything else!
Number Seven painted the set on top. We worked yesterday all afternoon at friend Jannell's Gift Workshop--I help her host it every year but she takes the honors as she opens her home for fellowship and loving-work. The girls made homemade skin cream, ornaments and my Chip-Clips among other things. They are are made by painting inexpensive clothes pins and attaching them to a printed card stock!
