Baking holiday braids for Bake Sale

I find baking these so wonderful! They take time, but somehow they are such pleasant work to me. They were sold out before 11 o'clock mass--must make more next year! The good thing about being a member of Catholic Daughters is that every charity we donate to is a wonderful cause. The braids went fast, and to think how little I spend on each them--in total just three eggs, a stick of butter and white flour!
