Well, the app is new for Husband and myself, anyway. It is called Lose It and it's super easy and fun to use--take a look at the screen capture from my phone. We have both been losing weight together and I have been creating some mostly-veggies and protein dishes such as this lunch yesterday: inside the lettuce warps Number Six and I processed a bunch of carrots, onion, garlic, smoked ham, cream cheese and parsley. Husband is very excited about it and is scientifically-accurate in his logging!
