Seafood Feast
Visiting professor and new friend Gerardo came over with Maristela and cooked a special version of Paella from his part of Spain. He also made pineapple-lemon-champagne sorbet cocktails for between the main course and the marvelous dessert: a naked Tres Leches cakes with strawberry filling, made by Marisol! It was a culinary feast to remember.
