We have had so much time together as couples and as families... as I have always lived far from my sisters, these women, with their life of faith and the adventure of motherhood alongside mine, became my dears sisters in Christ. Thank you, God.

Old friends
One of the best things about the wedding was being with old friends--sweet, sweet reunions. Here's a photo at the end of the rehearsal dinner: Eileen and Sean from Manhattan, KS--she and I volunteered together at Birthright, her husband a professor and now head of Dept.--and we became such good friends, talking, cooking, walking the kids to the park so often. Compadres Yan and Wanda are also from the era, and Pepinos are from our Nebraska days.
