Yesterday I was the guest reader at the Catholic School library where comadre Susan works. I read our old favorite The Seven Silly Eaters and had a blast! Susan and I went for a walk and a sushi lunch at the Haymarket. Later, after Stations of the Cross at our old (and stunning) parish, we had a delightful reunion chez McNeelys! It was WONDERFUL to be together again. Oh what fun we had--and how delightful to catch up with everyone! Anne's hospitality is the same as ever, warm and inviting. Their new home is so beautiful and comfortable.
