I was inspired by Joanna Gaines and used leaves (in the lack of more colorful vegetation). Main dish was my Brazilian Fish Moqueca: cod sauteed in olive oil & crushed garlic, simmered in shallots, riced sweet potatoes & cauliflower, tomatoes, jalapenos, hearts of palm and coconut milk. It was wonderful to host her and to talk until late! We hope her parents visit us soon!
