Work at the Monastery

 I asked as soon as I arrived if there were projects I could help the sisters with, and was delighted with the positive esponde! I was allowed to work in the garden--jobs there included picking strawberries, trimming grapevines, harvesting etc. Most of my work however consisted of projects they brought to m at the guest house: processing garden produce was most of it, but I also did interesting things such as pulling petals fro their calendula tea, bagging their special herb tea blends, and packing samples of their new incense scents (BVM and O. Praem) they are sending to priest friends.
