After a month's absence, Grandpa Geoff arrived from Central Asia where he lead his research team through field work. He flew to see us in Rochester where he and I loved taking the role of grandparents in earnest, be it at the Airbnb, at church, or just taking Dominic for short walks and an ice-cream treat. He was also able to bring to Baby James a beautiful gift from Aunt Sister Martina OSB, as well as a very large chocolate bar for me.
