We have new train cars in Michigan! Lunch with Patrick in Chicago and off to Lincoln, NE. Every trip is an adventure. This time I met another grandmother and a young man with Autism who was traveling alone for the first time. He was doing a great job and was very pleasant! We learned a card game together inspired by our neighbor’s table in the Observation Car. The four of them were originally from India and Colorado-bound on vacation. We talked about Indian food too, of course!
