I take the train, Husband flies. This time he took the shuttle to L A. Union Station and we rode the Metrolink to the last station about an hour from the Monastery. Which isn’t a monastery but a Priory with road signs that say “Monastery”. Which is an easier term to use when you’re explaining for the tenth time in the train where you’re going and who you are visiting. I should start a collection of the varied ways I describe our annual “annual luxury vacation” which is probably the most likely way I use to describe our stay at the monastery/ priory.
