"After winning Grand Champion at her school science fair earlier this week, Brenna attended the regional science fair at Texas Women's University. Over 300 students between the grades of K-9th had entries. The bulk of the entries were in the 4th-6th grade division. Entries were from all over Dallas Forth Worth and surrounding areas. Brenna won Best in Class 4th-6th. The title of her project was The M&M Survival Challenge it asked the question "How Does Camouflage Affect Animal Survival?" Using M&Ms to represent prey and colored paper to represent habitat she conducted trials to discover which M&Ms were most likely to survive and which ones were most likely to be eaten. She had her picture taken with the Dean of Science at Texas Women's University."
