Making Applesauce

Twenty gallon bags of the most delicious applesauce went down the cellar's freezer yesterday. It took one hour just to clean the kitchen afterwards!

Highlights: Number One's old fashioned methods for carrying apples, Number Five's inventive use of the strainer, Number Four's steady and reliable cranking action and Number Seven's important job: Sprinkling the Cinnamon!
