these are great!! do tell us what you had them do. I would love to do this project with my kids. By the way, our play this year is Paul:Fearless Lion of God and is a musical, believe it or not! Oct 10,11,12. Come if you can,but at least pray for the them.

We traced the picture with pencil and then found magazine photos/colors to match-- I couldn't count all of the hours that went into this project! Water down the glue and use a paintbrush.

Those are absolutely amazing, Ana. Do you have a copy of the outline or what you traced it from?

I want to know all about doing this! I read the pencil sketch part, then something about the magazines...I'd love to do this project with our VBS kids (we're doing Rome: Paul and the Underground Church). I love the mosaic idea.

Please write me, if it isn't too much trouble - with more details.

Thanks so much!
Denise

Denise, print the pics in black and white to the desired size and have the kids trace it for speed. Cut or rip little "tiles" from magazines of the wanted colors. For glue we used school glue mixed with water (or purchase hodgepodge) on a saucer with a paintbrush. Email for more questions!
