Making Pesto

I used sunflower seeds and a good Parmesan. Freezing small batches in snack-sized zip bags makes it for easy defrost/use later. We also placed all of the small bags in one gallon-size bag. My friend Nancy was over to taste the first batch and it was approved! For the versatile recipe, click here.

Ana - Can I link to some of your garden posts in tomorrow's From Thy Bounty Fair at Catholic Cuisine? It's focus is on fruits of the harvest and enjoying the bounty the Lord has provided. You have so many great offerings from your garden.
