Cleaning and cooking
...or rather making granola, this one with pecans, coconut and farm honey, for the arrival of Number Three, who is at The University of Dallas studying Greek. Just thinking of him being home fills my heart... and brings tears. His absence at home is sorely missed, each day. Thank God for Spring Breaks. Of course, he leaves behind Texas summer weather and comes to enjoy South Dakota Winter Weather! No spring for him.
Yum!! I have made it with cranberries and pistachios for a Christmastime twist! We love the coconut in it! Isabel adds the dried cranberries directly into her bowl.

I just made a granola yesterday with CapeCod cranberries, almond slivers and cacao nibs!
