Yesterday at coop the students had to choose an animal photo from National Geographic magazines and do their own creation from it using oil pastels on colored paper. I got some fantastic results! I will post more later as some of them had to take them home to finish. (Number Six' was the turtle on the blue background).

These are excellent! What a great idea to use National Geographic for colorful close-ups. I know one of the photographers for National Geographic from school at K-State.
