Last night they had their first competition of the season. They were sporting brand new shirts and did extremely well, split into two teams that scored the first two places after the top school of the State. Considering the top school pulls their Quiz Bowl participants by invitation from their Gifted Students Program, I'd say our kids are incredibly gifted--and hard workers too! I followed Number Six's team around and was humbled at how much they know! Moreover, when their team met with the top teams it was tooth & nail, with a final difference of one or two points. Congratulations!
