Beautiful sunset in Arizona, and waking up to a California sunrise... I chose a Dining Car breakfast this time as the day would bring more travel! At L.A. Union Station I caught the Surfliner to Ventura and a Uber to campus. Number Six was at work, but left a welcoming message in her lovely dorm room. The time here before Husband and Number Five, Matt and little Dominic arrive (by plane) has been a wonderful brief retreat for me. I had time for quiet prayer time, mass and confession, and be immersed in the peaceful beauty of campus.
