On Saturday morning Marta (aka Nina) and I went shopping at the traditional artisans' fair that attracts people from all over the region. We found a few things and then we had to enjoy the "Caldo de Cana": fresh-squeezed sugar-cane juice! A green, thick, frothy liquid, filled to the brim with natural sweetness and childhood memories!
