... I picked up at the conference. Number Six and friends played the top one last night and loved it. I was playing Scrabble with C. K. and sharing the table and the laughter over their silly, yet grammatically correct sentences. Set is our favorite family games ever, so I had to get the "cubed" version. Will report on it once we play!

Do you have a running list of your favorite games? Would love to see it.
Have you ever played Rumis (it's the same as Blokkus 3D)? We love it. Another couple of favorites that are quick are Pente and Mancala.
Of course, I was raised on Scrabble. (It was my husband and my first date -- a game of Scrabble!)

Scrabble First Date? Nice! Husband and I payed quite a bit when we first had kids. We now play iPad Scrabble... it is the same game and a nice interface. Settlers and Ticket to Ride have been recent favorites here, and Balderdash and Scattergories are old faves.
