Almost everyday I send "memories" to our busy family text. I opted to see every memory on facebook, and placing them here makes them much more accessible.

Solemnity of All Saints

This time around, one is flooded with paper saint memories--how grateful is the heart to look back and revisit all of those small ways we have honored our heavenly friends. May they hear our many prayers, for so many intentions.

We will never forget when Number Five and Matthew told us of for the first time that we had a grandchild arriving. Some memories are engraved forever in the mind and heart! I wish I could back and repost the announcement. I just shared what Number Five posted, but what I truly wanted to tell was about how they told us... they handed us "new home" gifts... a little Saint Anne doll and an icon if Saints Anne and Joachim-- patron saints of  grandparents... ooh the JOY!
