We attended an orchestral presentation of this piece and it was truly delightful. The book comes with the wonderful illustrations, the score on a CD and a narration. I just ordered a copy! The story from Oscar Wilde is profoundly Christian, as with many of his tales for children. My aunt used to read them to us... My girls loved the show as they knew the story well from when I wrote and directed the adaptation last summer.
